Turn right on 5th Street and turn right onto Palos Verdes Street. Visitor parking is available in the Liberty Hill Plaza parking lot directly across the street from the Port of Los Angeles Administration Building.

From the Inland Empire - Take 10 West (Santa Monica) Freeway to the 110 South (Harbor Freeway) and proceed as indicated above.

From Orange County - Take the 405 North (San Diego Freeway) to the 110 South (Harbor Freeway) and proceed as indicated above.

From the San Fernando Valley - Take the 101 South (Hollywood Freeway), 405 South (San Diego Freeway) or 5 South (Santa Ana Freeway) to the 110 South (Harbor Freeway) and proceed as indicated above.

From Long Beach - Take Ocean Blvd. west onto Terminal Island, drive along Ocean Boulevard/Seaside Avenue, go over the (CA-47) Vincent Thomas Bridge and take the Harbor Boulevard exit. Turn right on Harbor Boulevard. Turn right on 5th Street and turn right onto Palos Verdes Street. Visitor parking is available in the Liberty Hill Plaza parking lot directly across the street from the Port of Los Angeles Administration Building.
